Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms &
Conditions of GLACIALNAIL ACADEMY LTD (the “Company”, “we”,
“our”, or “us”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any digital product or
service offered by us, the customer (“you”, “your”) acknowledges and agrees to
the following terms regarding intellectual property rights.

1.1 All digital products and services, including but not limited to:
• eBooks, guides, and manuals,
• Video courses, tutorials, and streaming content,
• Audio files, podcasts, and recorded lessons,
• Images, logos, designs, and branding materials,
• Software, code, and other technological tools,
• Textual and written materials (collectively, “Content”),
are and shall remain the exclusive property of GLACIALNAIL ACADEMY
LTD or its licensors.
1.2 The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, database rights,
design rights, and other applicable intellectual property laws in the United
Kingdom, the European Union, and internationally.
2. Limited License to Use
2.1 By purchasing or accessing Content, you are granted a non-exclusive, nontransferable,
revocable, and personal license to use the Content solely for
your individual, non-commercial purposes.
2.2 This license does not permit, under any circumstances:
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Content to third parties,
• Sharing login credentials or granting access to unauthorized users,
• Reproducing, modifying, or creating derivative works without our prior
written consent,
• Publicly sharing, broadcasting, or uploading the Content to any website,
platform, peer-to-peer service, or forum.
3. Prohibited Actions
You explicitly agree not to:
• Copy, duplicate, or exploit the Content for commercial gain,
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with digital rights management (DRM)
protections,
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Content, in whole or in part,
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand identity without express written
authorization,
• Record, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce live or recorded sessions
for distribution.
4. Enforcement and Remedies
4.1 Any unauthorized use of the Content constitutes a material breach of this
Policy.
4.2 In the event of infringement, the Company reserves the right to:
• Immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Content,
• Pursue legal remedies including damages, injunctions, and account
closure,
• Notify third parties such as payment processors, hosting platforms, or
social media providers of the violation.
4.3 The Company actively monitors unauthorized distribution of its Content
(including piracy websites, Telegram/Discord groups, and file-sharing
platforms) and will enforce its rights under applicable law.
5. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
If you believe any of our intellectual property rights are being infringed, please

Your notification should include:
• A detailed description of the alleged infringement,
• The exact location/URL of the infringing material,
• Proof of your legal right or interest (if you are a rights holder reporting
infringement),
• Your full contact information.
We will review and take appropriate action in accordance with UK and EU
intellectual property laws.
6. No Waiver of Rights
6.1 Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not
constitute a waiver of our rights.
6.2 All rights not expressly granted herein are fully reserved by
GLACIALNAIL ACADEMY LTD.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Intellectual Property Policy shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising
under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.
